Board Nominations & Elections

At the end of each calendar year, four board terms are scheduled to expire in a set rotation cycle. Added slots may be open through resignation and may remain unfilled or made available through appointment or election. All seated board members are eligible to run for term-end re-election if they choose, and field nominations are accepted at any time. If the number of interested candidates is equal to, or less than, the number of available positions, no formal election will be held and all will be appointed. Run off elections are conducted only if warranted by candidate interest. Contact the current Vice-President with any questions, to indicate your own interest in board service, or to nominate a candidate.
